Log in using your Work for Impact credentials to start using the app.

Pick your task by selecting the relevant project from the "Select Project" dropdown menu.

No. Unlike other tools, TrackDek does not track what you type—only whether you're typing or moving your mouse. We prioritize your privacy and avoid capturing personal information.
You, your manager(s), and the organization owner(s) can view screenshots, logged hours, and tasks. If your team uses the Insights platform, they can see additional details like time spent and activity levels. You also have full visibility into the data they can access.
Your data is protected with advanced encryption and strict privacy measures. Only authorized users can access your information, ensuring it remains secure and confidential.
Your organization can customize the features, but TrackDek's desktop apps (Mac, Linux, Windows) provide:

Nothing. TrackDek only records data when the timer is running. You remain in full control of your information.
No. TrackDek doesn't discard time based on low activity levels. However, companies can remove idle time (no activity at all) per user.
We recognize activity rates vary by role and task. Instead of relying solely on activity percentages, we encourage using TrackDek's dashboard, timesheet approvals, and proof of work features for a clearer productivity picture. Time tracking is just one part of understanding team performance.
